Amongst many goals, Scorpio Lashing's main goal is giving customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable experience. Knowing my clients are leaving their appointment confident and satisfied. My small business treasures these values, knowing that better service results in loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a thorough read-through before booking with me, thanks!
PRE APPOINTMENT
To make the most of your appointment, please help me prepare your lashes so I can spend the majority of time lashing!
Please arrive on time! Not early, I may still be with a client. Please wait inside your car or outside my door area (undercover) until your appointment time.
Arrive with clean lashes to your appointment. I will not be applying the product on dirty lashes as the glue will not cure.
If your lashes are dirty, a lash bath fee will be applied to your appointment.
No Eye Makeup or Mascara to be worn to the appointment.
No caffeine or energy drinks are to be consumed prior to your appointment.
Phones on silent.
Wear warm comfy clothes, the aircon is always running to maintain humidity.
Remove contact lenses.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
A $50 deposit must be made upon making a booking in order to confirm the appointment. Please understand this is necessary for my business to avoid cancellations and no shows.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me for rescheduling as scorpiolashing does not provide refunds under any circumstances. All rescheduling must be done within 48 hours of your appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment without any notification (no show), the deposit is nonrefundable and I will not be working with you again. My clients and I maintain mutual respect for each other.
RESCHEDULING
All rescheduling must be done within 48hrs of your appointment, failure to do so will result in a nonrefundable deposit.
If you are unable to attend your appointment due to sickness/COVID symptoms, contact me to reschedule. Your deposit will be carried over for your next appointment.

LATE FEE
My time is equally important to yours therefore, please ensure you are on time for your appointment. If something gets in the way of you arriving on time, please message me asap so I am aware. I will still use the remaining time of the appointment to ensure to complete the set however given the circumstances i will not be producing my best work under pressure and strict time schedule. Please understand sometimes this can run into the next appointment therefore a late fee is necessary:
If you arrive late and fail to message me before your appointment, a late fee of $20 is applied.
If you are more than 10 mins late, a late fee of $20 is applied.
If you are more than 30 mins late, a late fee of $30 is applied.
Depending on the set you've booked, I may not have time to complete the set, therefore your appointment may be cancelled.

REFUNDS
A lot of effort, detail and patience is dedicated to each set. I value the quality and time of my work highly therefore scorpiolashing will not provide refunds. However I understand lashes are not suitable for everyone.
If you are unhappy with my service, contact me within 48hrs to reschedule an app to either: fix up the lashes or a removal free of charge.
REFILLS
The natural lash cycle sheds in different rates as seasons change. Refills are needed to replenish the set into a brand new fell set.
Refills have two purposes:
1. Fill in any obvious gaps left as extensions naturally fall.
2. Removing and replacing all outgrown extensions to maintain lash health.
Refills should be completed every 2 to 3 weeks depending on your skin type and lifetysle habbits.
The retention of your lashes relies a lot on aftercare, personal health, lifestyle, and environments, etc.
At least 50% of lashes should be remaining on the day of the appointment. You will be notified on the day if you have less than 50% of lashes remaining and have the option to pay a full set or cancel the app.
AFTER HRS FEE
A normal working day is anywhere between 8-9 hours.
As a full time uni student with very limited booking slots, after hrs appointments are requested frequently. As much as I love lashing in the evening, it comes at a cost:
All appointments booked after 5:00pm will require an additional $20 fee.
